Case Study #1 (Creativity + Innovation)


Client: LVMH Moet Hennessy・Louis Vuitton Japan


DARE is a global initiative by the LVMH Group to find 60 “idea sponsors” from 40 Maisons and 15 countries. In preparation for the global event, the Creativity & Innovation for DARE Workshop, designed by Mana and LVMH Moet Hennessy・Louis Vuitton Japan, was held at the company's headquarters in Japan.

Case Study #2 (Workshop + Follow-Up Coaching)


Client: Global Manufacturing Corporation


Two group workshops were held, followed by six months of individual coaching (with department heads in attendance), to share in the company mission and values and increase department performance and motivation. As department leaders have also received coaching, the entire department has cultivated its own shared language and culture for seamless communication. Four years in, individual coaching continues with team members.
